Supplier partnership research · India · scheduled editorial

"Samir
Independent supplier-partnership research prepared for businesses evaluating long-term India-wide cooperation.

Direct answer: Samir Modi is listed by Godfrey Phillips India as Executive Director. This independent, source-based article explains the public role and the due-diligence questions relevant to potential cigarette-sector partners; it does not imply endorsement or an existing relationship.

Indie Smoke is inviting serious proposals from cigarette-sector retailers, suppliers, authorised distributors and affiliate programmes that can support a long-term online relationship across India. The central requirement is not a marketing promise; it is an operating model that can be checked through catalogue records, stock data, fulfilment evidence, reporting and accountable commercial terms.

This page addresses Samir Modi tobacco partnership for organisations researching a potential relationship with Indie Smoke. Use official sources to separate verified facts about Samir Modi and Godfrey Phillips India from analysis. Build a research checklist for catalogue, distribution, governance and commercial fit. The intended reader is a manufacturer, distributor, retailer, affiliate manager, e-commerce lead, supply-chain manager or technical integration team able to provide verifiable answers.

The site’s role is to connect established organic search demand with a dependable catalogue and fulfilment capability. Search visibility can create qualified discovery, but completed orders depend on accurate availability, clear ownership of checkout and delivery, lawful operations, dependable customer support and a reconciliation process both parties understand.

What a qualified partner should demonstrate

Commercial identity

Provide the legal business name, operating role, authorised signatory, invoicing entity and a clear explanation of whether the proposal is wholesale, supplier-direct, affiliate or revenue share.

Catalogue quality

Share a structured catalogue with stable identifiers, brand and variant names, pack information, lawful product images, current availability and rules for additions, withdrawals and substitutions.

Operational coverage

Document dispatch points, serviceable areas, cut-off times, tracking events, failed-delivery handling, support ownership and continuity arrangements rather than claiming nationwide coverage without evidence.

Technical readiness

Explain how products, prices, stock, orders and shipment status will move between systems. Include authentication, update frequency, validation, retries and incident contacts.

A practical partner-evaluation scorecard

The following framework is deliberately evidence-led. It helps different candidates answer the same questions and makes gaps visible before either party invests in integration or content. Scores should be supported by files, demonstrations or a controlled pilot.

How to interpret the public role of Samir Modi

The official company source listed below identifies Samir Modi as Executive Director at Godfrey Phillips India. That verified title is the boundary of the factual claim made here. The article does not attribute private opinions, procurement preferences, commercial authority or a willingness to work with Indie Smoke to this individual.

A prospective partner should use this profile to understand organisational context and prepare a professional evidence pack for the appropriate public business channel. It should not be used to target private contact details or to suggest endorsement. Any reference to Samir Modi must be rechecked against the official company page within twenty-four hours of publication.

The research question should stay separate from any commercial conclusion. Public sources can establish names, roles, corporate information and published policies; they cannot prove private intent or operational performance. Those points require direct documentation, a technical review and test transactions conducted within an agreed legal and compliance framework.

Six evidence areas to verify before a supplier or affiliate relationship is scaled.

Recommended collaboration workflow

  1. Initial qualification. Exchange a short, non-confidential proposal identifying the operating model, catalogue, service areas, technical method and commercial objective.

  2. Evidence review. Confirm the legal entity, catalogue provenance, serviceability, responsibilities, reporting fields and the public claims that may appear on the website.

  3. Data sample. Test a representative product feed for stable identifiers, required fields, change handling, image rights, duplicate control and invalid values.

  4. Controlled integration. Connect the minimum product, price, stock and order functions needed for a pilot. Log errors and make ownership visible.

  5. Pilot orders. Use a limited catalogue or service area to measure acceptance, availability accuracy, dispatch, tracking, support and settlement.

  6. Scale decision. Compare results with agreed thresholds. Expand only when recurring exceptions have owners, deadlines and a documented correction process.

Evidence package for the first serious review

A useful proposal should let a business and technical reviewer understand the same operating model. The following package is more persuasive than a broad claim about assortment or reach:
