Dedicated to satisfying all cigar lovers, La Aurora proudly presents the León Jimenes line. This tribute to our founders, Eduardo León Jimenes and Herminio León, offers a tranquil and sophisticated smoke. The renowned Connecticut wrapper is responsible for the unique taste of these cigars.

In 1987, La Aurora released the first León Jimenes cigar as a tribute to our founders’ hard work and dedication. Master Blender Manuel Inoa explains that these premium cigars are infused with classic flavors like wood, cocoa, creaminess, and nuts. Around 16–17 percent of the blend is made up of the distinctive Connecticut wrapper.

The original blend featured tobacco from Valle del Cibao in the Dominican Republic. Later on, we added Nicaraguan tobacco to enhance consistency in flavor and aroma. The binder is also sourced from Valle del Cibao. Despite using different tobaccos in our blend,“ this cigar delivers a smooth yet flavorful smoking experience.”
